DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

 

The following information concerns all orders placed on the yvonneetdenise.fr website.

 

1. Price of products

· The price of each item is mentioned on its product sheet, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

· We reserve the right to change prices at any time but products ordered are billed at the price in effect when the order is paid.

 

2. Withdrawal period

· You have a period of fourteen clear days, from receipt of the products, to exercise your right of withdrawal. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must not have been used or damaged. The return costs are entirely your responsibility.

· Requests for withdrawal/reimbursement must be sent exclusively by email to the following address: contact@yvonneetdenise.fr

· In case of exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount of your purchase, with the exception of shipping costs. The refund will be made once the returned package has reached us. In the case of a purchase during a promotional period, we will refund you according to the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

 

3. Delivery

· We guarantee shipping within 8 working days maximum but do not provide any guarantees regarding the carrier's delivery times. We invite you to visit the website of the carrier you have chosen to find out about them.
· In the case of an economical delivery (by green letter), we undertake to provide a tracking number. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delivery error by the Post Office. If applicable, we reserve the right not to refund the Order. By choosing this delivery option (green letter), you agree not to benefit from compensation, a refund or a reshipment in the event of loss or delivery error by the Post Office.
· If you wish to be compensated in the event of a delivery error, we strongly recommend delivery by Mondial Relay or Colissimo with Signature.
